Oct 2, 2006 - Photos submitted to BPW meeting. Prior to this meeting the Brook Street Ramp was an Emergency Access Ramp. Throughout the meeting it suddenly was deemed "Heavy Equipment Access Only Ramp". This term does not appear in either ramp contract or design plan.
